Hi Team. I use this app regularly, easy to use and reasonable price. I have few points to notify. 1. Driver are calling from there own number, customer number should be hidden allow them to call from rapido software. 2. In my phone the rapido application theme are white, can't read the front or letter, it's getting difficult. I have reinstall and also checked to change the theme from white to black. Unable to find anything.

No problem with the App. But the service render by them is one among the worst. Each and everytime the driver will charger more than the bill amount. For short distances the driver will cancel the ride without any prior information. And if neglect to give extra money over the bill before starting the ride, on phone call itself they will cancel the ride. These experiences are purely from Chennai.

This is the worst app I've ever used, so yesterday I took a ride and the amount was 32 rs, and I didn't had money in my account, so I paid him through cash, that is 200/- and the driver said he'll pay me back remaining balance through phone pay, which he didn't, I was trying to get in touch with rapido team from yesterday, no one is responding properly, and in return they're saying they'll provide me some points worth of 20/-, and it's very frustrating. After all it's all about trust.
